Dr Randy pursued his doctorate @ Auburn University in 1986 after undergrad at California Polytechnic State University.
Meeting Dr Simmons in vet school lead to a great friendship and future partnership here @ NFAH in 1990. Dr Randy quickly settled in to the area with his wife Christina, also from California. They have a son and daughter out on their own locally and in NYC while 3 adorable english cocker spaniels, Rudy, Lottie, Cricket and a rescued feral cat, Took, claim a place in their home now. Many visits to come from their feline and canine “grandpets”.
Dr Fullerton also participated on local boards and/or advised businesses and non profit organizations dedicated to wildlife and pet health in our community. He is an avid fisherman and spends as much free time “coastal”, as he likes to say, as well as supporting the Coastal Conservation Association.
He has always loved the challenges associated with diagnosis since our pets cannot verbally tell us what is wrong as well as the ability to help pets surgically or therapeutically that have disc problems.
